刘利华女士，社会活动家，社会慈善家，曾捐助天津大学研究生院成立“利华奖学基金”。积极参与“中国能源走出去”行动。组织四十多家民营石油企业出访巴基斯坦，受到巴基斯坦前总统穆沙拉夫的接见。组织中国民营石油企业高峰论坛，开展全球寻找能源的活动，与中国数千家炼油、储油、加油站企业有密切联系。是中民营石油“著名企业家”。

She has acted as the following position in the past:  Deputy-Secretary General of “China Coal City Development &Promotion”; Deputy-Chairmen of “China Economic Association”; Deputy-Chairmen of “Hong Kong Dandy Industrial Ltd”

Ms. Lucia Liu is a social activist and a social philanthropist. She established the “Lihua Scholarship Fund” to help the Graduate student academy of Tianjin University. She actively participated in the “Chinese energy going abroad” action. She organized an energy delegation consisting of more than 40 private oil companies to visit Pakistan. This delegation has received welcome meeting from the President of Pakistan, Mr. Musharraf. Ms. Liu also organized the summit forum of Chinese private oil companies. Thus, she developed close relationship with thousands of Chinese private refineries, oil reserve and gas station companies. She is the president of “Canada-Us-China Friendship Association” in Canada and General Secretary of “China Chamber of Commerce for Petroleum Industry”.
