中国IT行业最早企业领导者之一，是最早代表中国
民营高科技企业走向世界的开拓人物。2000年后，
受聘于中国500强企业集团之一的中国华源集团，参
与全球资源整合，熟悉资本市场中兼并、收购、重
组，设计出许多颇具创意的优秀企业整合方案。

高纪元先生对中国能源市场有独到见解，对于俄罗
斯石油出口政策、中东石油、非洲石油的资源有非
常深刻的研究，是中国石油能源方面的资深专家。

 Mr. Gao ,with a deep understanding of capital markets, M&A and restructuring, participated in the integration of global resources , and worked out  many excellent enterprise integration solutions.
